everyday while maintaining a good diet till i got to 58 kg i was really happy with what ive reached and that gave me a bigger push to go
on as my target weight at that time was 53 but unffortunately i turned anorexic and started eating really low but i did nt do any heavy excercies at that time just
walking all the time that got me to a 40 kg then my parents started forcing me to eat more now im 56 kg i do nt like how my body looks now its like 56 kg of fat.
Although we've still been getting out
everyday, we haven't been able to go
on walks or play in the backyard like we normally do.

It's about a 15 minute
walk to the studio I workout at and I've been wearing it
everyday on account of the fact that it's been downright frigid in the mornings (I know, I know... it's going to get so much worse).
Everyday we enjoyed long
walks on the beach, followed by hours of sunbathing, and ended our days with yummy seafood dinners.
It made me realise though, how great I would feel to be able to
walk on the beach and soak in the crazy views of the sea
everyday.
To be fair, I obviously haven't had these shoes for very long, but I've been wearing them
everyday since receiving them last Thursday — including
on walk - heavy adventures like
walking Lucy, grocery shopping, and wandering around the mall (note: see an update
on how my loafers have worn long term, at the end of this post!).
