hi james if you go to Tamarin bay thats where the best surf on the island is but be careful your level ahs to be good its a serious reef break with a beautiful left hand you can hire boards there but you know its always better to take your own also you can get a taxi and go down the south side of the island to riviere des gallets good surfing there to easier, take the wife with you she can sun tan on the beach while you catch waves everyone is happy enjoy Denis
