Pressure cookers have become our simplest form of
cooking techniques and
everything can be
cooked in them with ease and quickly.
Made it
in the Instapot — briefly sautéed tomatoes and onion but then just dumped
everything else
in (except lime and cilantro) and
cooked at high
pressure for 25 minutes.
Instructions Toss
everything in a large stock pot, slow
cooker or
pressure cooker.
I put
everything in for 9 mins (with natural
pressure release for 10 - 15 mins) except the parsley and peas (add those when done; they don't need to
cook).
This is a slow
cooker tofu tikka masala — start by sauteeing a few aromatics and spices
in a pan, but then transfer
everything to your Crock Pot (or

I made this chili
in my rice
cooker — you could do it
in a crock pot, dutch oven or
pressure cooker too, but if you happen to have a rice
cooker that you don't use very often (like me) it's awesome and EASY to add
everything and let it
cook itself.
