Dignity is
everything, and pitfalls lie everywhere: you could have a had hair day; your
skin could break
out in vicious red blemishes, like a leper; your outfit that was so cool yesterday could feel totally wrong today; you could be called on in class to solve a math problem or discuss the Gadsden Purchase or tell the name
of Hester's boyfriend and draw a blank; you could be caught in a lie; you could flirt with someone and be brutally put down.
Modifications: — i pretty much doubled
everything — got 3 stalks
of lemongrass (the large ones in produce section, not the tiny packaged ones)-- used crimini mushrooms (if you can't find shiitake)-- added one bell pepper (in inch squares)-- couldn't find the lime leaves so I added 1.5 quartered limes at the time you're supposed to add the leaves (NOTE: TAKE THESE
OUT As soon as it's done simmering otherwise the lime
skins will keep «leaking» and make the soup too bitter - I made this mistake but tasted the soup at the end
of simmering and it was perfect then)
Statement is baffling and is in fact the very thing that guys like cap and others are fighting against the truth is Colin didn't orignaly kneel during the anthem he sat on his bench he was then approached by vets who asked why he was sitting and asked him to do something else because sitting was disprectful it was those army vets who told cap to kneel because it shows your fighting against something and not just sitting to sit they told him it would be a better look and it's funny how people turn around and say he is disrespecting the very people who told him what to do and how to do it to get his message across this is the ignorance
of America and
everything cap fights against you judge a man by the color
of his
skin and his upbringing and not the content

my understanding
of regular potatoes any color
skin flesh etc. is this... potatoes are on the dirty dozen list... sweet potatoes are on the clean 15... i eat over 50 %
of my diet in the form
of a few different colors
of sweet potatoes... i buy them bulk... peel»em very deeply... at least 1/2 inch all around... i sometimes get them as large as 6 pounds (football sized)... i used to wear
out the regular potatoes but after speaking with the safety expert from a huge potato company to find
out if the potatoes are grown on soil which had grain crops treated with round - up herbicide filled with atrazine and glyphosate (which most grain crops are... inluding many wheat crops... they get sprayed like 3 days before harvest... then the round - up is in the soil)... problem is... the round - up stays for 7 years... after stayin» off the soil for a couple years... it can have any kind
of crop planted on it and get an organic rating... but... whatever was planted on that soil is then full
of round - up... so... this crop rotation onto fields which had grain crops sprayed with round - up herbicide etc. is EXTREMELY COMMON IN THE GROWING PRACTICE FOR REGULAR POTATOES... very common practice... so even if you peel»em deeply... they are still soaked with round - up... the glyphosates get in the gut... the aluminum which is all over
everything grown above ground and not covered (hot house etc)... gets eaten9ya can't wash it off... unless ya peel
everything... but greens etc. ya can not get it
out... it gets in the fiber)... then ya eat it... it goes in the gut... mixes with the glyphosate... becomes 10,000 timesmore toxic... inhibits the bodies ability to properly process sulfur into sulfide and sulfate... basically many very smart researchers are sayin'this is the cause
of all this asperger's... autism... alzheimer's like symptoms in the elderly... you can only take so much nano... pico... and heavy metal poisoning... the brain starts to act very strangely... so... long story short... i eat lots
of sweet pots grown on clean soil... they are non-gmo and basically grown organically... but... the grower doesn't pay for the certification... i make sure to get my omega 3 from fresh ground flax seed in the morning away from my sweet potato consumption... the omega 6 in the sweet pots inhibits the absorption
of omega 3 and i only want so much fat daily... i'm on the heart attack proof diet by dr. caldwell b. esselstyn jr....

, you are lying on the floor
of your place looking up, a small draft runs through the room, between the door and the window, and all things seem perfectly still, wind only disturbs concrete in imperceptible ways, or it may take millions
of years to be noticed and, as the air runs through the space, all your plants move and all is animated and all is alive somehow, and here are the thoughts
of all men in all ages and lands, they are not original with me, and that wind upon your plants is the common air that bathes the globe, and we have no ambitions
of universalism, and I'm glad we don't, but the particles
of air bring traces
of pollen and are charged with electricity, desert sand, maybe sea water, and these particles were somewhere else before they were dragged here, and their route will not end by the door
of this house, and if we tell each other stories, one can imagine that they might have been bathed by this same air, regrouped and recombined, recharged as a vehicle for sound, swirling as it moves, bringing the sound
of a drum, like that Kabuki story where a fox recognizes the voice
of its parents as a girl plays a drum made
out of their
skin, or any other event, and yet I always felt your work never tells stories, I tend to think that narrative implies a past tense, even if that past was just five seconds ago, one second ago was already the past, and human memory is irrelevant in geological time, plants and fish know not what tomorrow will bring, neither rocks nor metal do, but we all live here now, and we all need visions and we all need dreams, and as long as your metal sculptures vibrate they are always in the Present, and their past is a material truth alien to narrative, but well, maybe narrative does not imply a past tense at all and they are writing their own story while they gently move and breathe, and maybe nothing was really still before the wind came in, passing through the window as if through an irrational portal to make those plants dance, but
everything was already moving and breathing in near complete silence, and if you're focused enough you can feel the pulse
of a concrete wall and you can feel the tectonic movements
of the earth, and you can hear the magma flowing under our feet and our bones crackling like a wild fire, and you can see the light
of fireflies reflected in polished metal, and there is nothing magical about that, it is just the way things are, and sometimes we have to raise our voice because the music is too loud and let your clothes move to a powerful bass, sound waves and bright lights, powerful like the sun, blinding us if we stare for too long, but isn't it the biggest sign
of love, like singing to a corn field, and all acts
of kindness that are not pitiful nor utilitarian, that are truly horizontal as
everything around us is impregnated with the deadliest violence, vertical and systemic, poisonous, and sometimes you just want to feel the sun burning your
skin and look for life in all things declared dead, a kind
of vitality that operates like corrosion, strong as the wind near the sea, transforming all things,
