My
measurements are in
cups simply because there's no need for
exact precision with overnight oats.
I used the almond flour substitution of 1 1/3
cups (reason being I was too lazy to grind the cashews) and all my
measurements were made by a 4 year old (probably not too
exact).
Unfortunately, I don't know the
exact measurements of the ingredients (I just eyeball it), but I'd say I use 1 - 2
cups of butternut squash, 1/4
cup of chickpeas, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
When done condensed milk should thickly coat a spoon and measure about two
cups, but that
measurement doesn't have to be
exact.

cup measurements, but for this bread recipe I wanted to be very
exact with my ratios.
Replaced the oil with a
cup of applesauce and used the
exact spice
measurements as given.
I'm not giving
exact measurements because it depends on the size of your
cup / jar, but it's basically equal parts water and apple juice.
Leave clear feeding instructions describing amounts to be fed with
exact measurements, as opposed to rough guidelines (e.g. one half
cup not the more inexact handful).
