I've been reading this blog for a while now and getting lots of great ideas, but I've never once bought an exact item featured (I have bought something from a comment though)-- and I don't see this as troubling at all.

Since I started this blog I have discovered a number of great online retailers and, since I want to be able to link to the exact items I feature on the blog, I have started shopping more online and less in stores like Ross and TJ Maxx (though I still LOVE them).

But, there's also a lot of room for error this way — a lot of you express frustration that you never received the email with the outfit details, you don't want to download another app, you can't tell when something is the exact item I'm featuring (or a similar, less expensive version), the items that have been linked by me are now sold out, you prefer to just «swipe up» from my Insta Stories, etc..

It's not that I want every single game to feature the exact same enemies and gameplay mechanics, but I (and I think a lot of people) have always wanted at least one 3D iteration of a 2D franchise to feature 3D versions of all the familiar items and enemies.
