An observation - this issue is yet another
example of something being repressed quite effectively by the Conservative leadership at the moment, but which has the potential to erupt into
something altogether larger and more
damaging if and when the Tories get into power.
An

I don't know

something there that we should discuss, which is if people have had abdominal trauma, meaning maybe a hernia surgery, or a C - section, or an ovarectomy, or any kind
of abdominal trauma that may cause scarring or
damage, or even if a woman has really bad uterine fibroids, for
example, which can cause pelvic obstruction, anything in the abdominal pelvic area that creates scar tissue, whether it be surgical, or impact trauma, or what have you, has the potential, because the abdomen and pelvis rest up against your intestines, has the potential to impede the movement
of stuff through the intestines.
In fact, one
example is finding a sword that deals fire
damage: in
something like Skyrim that means it just glows slightly red, which is rather disappointing, but in Amalur the blade is wreathed in flame, and when using it in combat it can be used deliver massive backhanded blows that unleash concussive blasts
of fire that send enemies flying.
For

of damage in Japan showed that the overland flow inundated buildings at the rate
of three floors in ten minutes,
something that forecasting methodology is not yet able to reproduce.
How about — We must do
something urgent about AGW because...... otherwise future generations will regard us as even more stupid than the people who felled the last tree on Easter Island, or the Dodo hunters, or the 19thC whalers or the Grand banks cod fishermen, or CFC manufacturers... Or any
of the other
examples from history
of human activities
damaging a common resource by overuse.
For

damages are allowed, the fact - finder must make a predicate finding about the defendant's culpable state
of mind, i.e., did the defendant's action evince
something like «wanton, willful, malicious, or reckless conduct that shows an indifference to the rights
of others?»
One possibility is that there is
something about the indirect nature
of this form
of aggression (e.g., the treacherous aspects
of it) that has particularly
damaging consequences for those who become victim
of it — for
example, it is possible that it may be more
damaging to one's ability to trust others (i.e., you can't trust what they say to you, because they may do
something quite different behind your back).
