by the end of the war.
WHY: Though it may be based on a
story by red - hot Norwegian crime author Jo Nesbo (whose novel «Headhunters» was adapted into the
excellent and underseen movie of the same name), «Jackpot» fails to live up to his reputation.
Williams will write the theme for 2018's Solo: A Star Wars
Story, but the majority of it will be scored
by John Powell, who's best known for scoring animated films like Shrek and the
excellent How To Train Your Dragon, for which he received Oscar and BAFTA nominations.
Trust's script,

story, «High Fidelity,» Terence Davies ««The House of Mirth» featuring an
excellent Gillian Anderson turn, and perhaps Neil LaBute «s best film, tellingly one he didn't write, the dreamy and odd, «Nurse Betty.»
There were hundreds of films on the father - son relationship, including some

story) and run with it in complete earnestness, crafting a sweet, thoughtful, and endearing

by a remarkable performance from Judi Dench and

James Ivory was a thoroughly deserving winner of the best adapted screenplay Oscar for his

The depressing statistics don't take away from the great work those women are doing behind the camera, nor does it subtract from the
excellent performances in front of the camera

Story or any of the other women who are up for awards tonight.
