of the problem is that there are not enough
female graduates in maths, physics and programming, although there are outstanding
exceptions, such as Rhianna Pratchett, who has
led the writing on games such as Tomb Raider and Mirror's Edge, and Sophia George, who spent 2014 as the Victoria and Albert museum's first ever resident game designer.
