exclusionary rule and the fourth amendment), but this argument puts the onus on leftists to explain their support for a
rule that contributes to gun violence.
But while the court's decision helpfully clarifies the law, it
generally tries to avoid big questions, leaving deeper debates about statutory
exclusionary rules for another day.
