console last gen) has died, no one looks at the WiiU and thinks: «Wow, I like the new touch screen controller» because believe it or not, it makes it hard
for you to focus from one screen to the other & that doesn't work well with a
console that needs to be hooked to a TV (
games that support switching gameplay from the TV to the controller are great though!).

games with all it's gems being developed internally, so if you want quality
games, you have to wait
for first / second party studios and other
exclusive games (ala MGS4) to really get the full worth of this

for multi's to come to grips took a year and half pretty much but with the focus on first party sony is releasing a multitude of great
games all
exclusive and a reason to own their
console.
Apart from
exclusive games the appeal of a
console at least to me is a streamlined multicapable system that packs a lot of punch and features
for a fair price.
PC
gamers are whining about these
games for not being optimized properly but
console fans seem to act as if these
games have always been
console exclusives and never originated from the PC.
Just as with the
Game Boy, the high quality
exclusives and relatively cheap price tag made
for a very popular
console.
