It is important to listen to your body and confirm with your doctor before starting any new fitness or diet routine, but
exercising on the Keto Diet may be what you need to help your body become adapted to using fat as its primary source of energy.

In my previous post, How to

exercise and the most common myths.

exercising on top of it and creating stress (which affected my cortisol levels), and I was making myself sicker instead of being able to take advantage of the healing that

on the days you don't work out, then increasing intake of carbohydrates by 25 - 50 grams prior to your
exercise routine

exercise.

exercise, which is something I have done many times and am now realizing that
