your exercise volume down, and intensity levels to a minimum.

I have to say I'm not mad on
exercise but I love yoga and walking because it helps turn
down the
volume from my working day, be more present and gives me mental clarity and space.
On the other hand, the younger bodybuilders who reduced both the number of sessions per week (from 3 to 1) and the
exercise volume (from 3 sets to 1) maintained their muscle size, while those who cut
down to
exercising once a week but maintained the
exercise volume (3 sets) managed to increase their muscle size.
That's a LOT of
exercise... I'd bring
down the
volume big time.
Keys in my training will include all of the hormones and
exercise choices I make: the nutrition to repair muscle and keep inflammation
down, attention to increased rest and recovery needs, and the reduced
volume of training in exchange for quality HIIT sessions.
The performance of breathing
exercises expands the lung capacity resulting in more tidal
volume (the amount of air the lung can hold at a time), slows
down the pace of breathing which improves the respiratory efficiency and grants longer lifespan to the individuals.

down to and this is something I didn't talk about in that episode is what's called pseudo anemia which is naturally lower hemoglobin levels of athletes so what happens is that aerobic
exercise specifically, it expands what's called your plasma
volume and this naturally reduces the concentration of your red blood cells so what I mean by that is when you
exercise really vigorously, it will, in the short term, while you're
exercising, reduce your plasma
volume by about 10 - 20 %.
I'd also consider taking a deload week where you drop
exercise volume way
down in order to relieve some of that recovery deficit you've accumulated.
And if you can't pin
down Amazon's
volume and market growth (ignoring the even greater challenge of placing a dollar figure on it, which is what the industry is most interested in), comparing other stores» perceived
volumes to Amazon is a pretty useless
exercise.
