I'm gonna tell you this ahead of time, the
greatest setback (
in my opinion) of having a power rack is that you're somewhat limited to the number of
exercises you can do as compared to a machine
workout station.
Lots of
exercises built into the «burpees» so you are getting lots of cardio action
in and a
great all over full body
workout.
