Additionally, teachers suggested looking at teachers» demonstrated cultural awareness during teacher observations if it is not already part of
an existing teacher evaluation system.

exists in this country, who are most valued and most rewarded.

The perfect

teacher performance that are far better than seniority:

teacher attendance, specific licensure, peer or principal review, value - added student data.
