Whatever it is that is going on with the inconsistent visuals, there is no excuse for it, especially on current generation consoles where issues like this shouldn't even exist, especially when you consider that GTA V on last gen machines completely trounces Mafia 3 for most parts in the visuals department, and I say «most part» because this game looks completely different as soon as it turns to night time.
