of renewables being a key factor in the company's decision to target 100 % renewable power by 2020.
A variety
of interrelated factors — demographic ideals, changing workplace
expectations, and the lingering effects
of the Great Recession — has meant the industry has found it difficult to recruit
young employees in recent years.
