-- Key stations in commuter rail transportation systems shall be made readily accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities, including individuals who use wheelchairs, as soon as practicable but in no event later
than 3
years after the date
of enactment
of this Act, except that the
time limit may be extended by the Secretary
of Transportation up to 20
years after the date
of enactment
of this Act in a case where the raising

other extraordinarily
expensive structural changes are necessary to attain accessibility.
The popularity
of collaborative divorce has seen a dramatic rise in the last few
years for several reasons: its goal is to take less
time than traditional litigation, it allows for certain levels
of creativity when addressing sensitive issues such as alimony and splitting
of marital assets, it provides confidentiality to the divorcing couple, and perhaps most important, it can be less
expensive than other methods
of divorce.
