experimenting with HIIT (Intense) training and cardio (moderate) and I am getting Interesting results although my cardio capacity has increased my cardio Endurance has Increased significantly on the Ketogenic
diet meaning that my lung capacity has Increased somewhat and the ability for my heart rate to normalize has improved but my ability to keep going and still recover has changed dramatically
