Crafting is not just about making a weapon to use in self - defence though as Lara can gather herbs and cloth to heal her wounds, while certain tools such as rope arrows can eventually be crafted with enough resources which is an excellent design choice as it results in Lara not being able to enter some
caves until she has crafted a rope arrow and returned to
explore the area
once more.
