exploring cognitive issues affecting the population with spinal cord injury (SCI) in collaboration with colleagues in SCI Research at Kessler Foundation, also the site of the Northern New Jersey SCI Model System.

cognitive issues, such as memory, attention and mental processing in MS patients: by examining sleep.
As we

explore unsatisfying relationships and
issues of personal identity, I draw on concepts from dynamic, relational and
cognitive behavioral psychology.

explore such
issues as patterns of attachment and relating, internal self talk,
cognitive structures, unresolved traumas and one's personal life narrative.
I provide my client with a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment to help them
explore the
issues brought them to therapy and offer them
cognitive tools to overcome the hurdles to a better mental health.
This

explores research and practice on trauma focused
cognitive - behavioral therapy (TF - CBT), which is an evidence - based treatment approach shown to help children, adolescents, and their caregivers overcome trauma - related difficulties.
Through hypnotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Internal Family Systems, I support you to
explore the origin of current
issues and facilitate deep emotional clearing and
cognitive re-framing.
