of these Terms, (e) your violation
of the rights
of another, and (f) any third party's use or misuse

- We do not exclude liability for death or personal
injury to the
extent only that the same
arises as a result
of negligence for which we are liable.
TO THE
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY IN RESPECT
