I made
the extra bechamel and used straight broccoli instead of raab, because that's what the CSA gave us, and in a tacky move, I subbed cottage cheese for the mozzarella because I had half a container leftover from something.

I didn't add to the
bechamel, but I did add
extra mozzarella (8 oz instead of 6oz) and it was really lovely.
One thing though, if anyone is planning on making the larger variety of this tart, factor in some
extra time at the end for the
bechamel to set — I'm hoping 20 mins in the fridge should help it along.
