I found the amount of custard powder too much that I had to add 50 %
extra butter too get to a good consistency.

I used raw manuka honey and
extra almond
butter instead of the coconut oil, the coconut taste can be
too distracting for me sometimes.
It can easily be made vegan,
too, by adding
extra olive oil to replace the
butter, and serving dairy - free toppings in place of the cheddar cheese and sour cream, or skipping them entirely.

Nuts are a carbohydrate, so to lower the carbs and increase the fat, I stir in
extra oil (I prefer that taste
too), even if I buy almond
butter, I stir in more fat.
Note: If the sauce is
too thin, mix 1 teaspoon of melted
butter with 1 teaspoon flour and add it to the sauce, let bubble and thicken for 1 minute (if the sauce is
too thick add
extra stock).
