on me that with all those strong flavours all this salad really needed to finish it off was a simple drizzle of good quality
extra virgin olive oil.
I tossed the salad in the

extra grilled vegetable skewers, because the leftovers are amazing reheated, or simply placed
on a bed of lettuce with Green Goddess
