To minimize this, store it in an airtight container and squeeze a little
extra lime juice over the top before you seal it.
I used flat - leaf Italian parsley and because parsley has a milder flavour than cilantro, I added a
little extra lime juice and an extra pinch of salt.
I didn't use the herbs with the cucumbers, I forgot to add the yogurt and
extra lime juice to finish the dish and left out the sumac but it was still excellent.
If you want to freshen up the recipe for Day 2, just squeeze
some extra lime juice into your bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Assemble your taco starting with the tofu «taco meat», the pineapple salsa, some extra cilantro, and make is perfect by adding a little of your fav taco sauce, avocado or just a little
extra lime juice!
Drizzle with Spicy Magic Green Sauce and
extra lime juice.
