Animals in noncritical condition went to Humane Educational Society and McKamey Animal Center, while those who needed
extra medical attention went to Animal Care Center of Ooltewah, where Mullins works.
MADACC's foster care program is in place to provide temporary homes for animals that are waiting to find a permanent, loving home; awaiting a place within one of MADACC's partner adoption programs; or in need of time to
receive extra medical attention.
