Another option would be to fully cook the
rice and skip the
extra broth / water
in the baking dish.
Several other misplaced items and dirty dishes slowed me down and I didn't stop the timer every time, but I still managed to make this meal
in JUST over 30 minutes (if you're making
rice, you may need an
extra 3 - 5 minutes to get that measured and set up).
I didn't have V - 8 so I used a blob of tomato paste and added lots of
