Think ahead and make
extra for the week to use on
top of
salads or pasta.
I tossed the
salad in the dressing first and drizzled a little

Extra Edition for the fifth Friday in March, is eggy: Hard - cooked eggs with herb mayonnaise, which is better described as a simple

Some yogurt — either Greek or plain natural — mixed in or simply dolloped on
top of the
salad is an optional
extra.
Feel free to enjoy this
salad before it's actually fall and remember, it's totally okay to add some of that
extra blue cheese on
top.

salad, kalamata olives, and sprinkle a little
extra parsley and feta on

extra protein only to realize again, that my brownies didn't happen.

I've also been shaving fresh horseradish as an
extra kick on

salads and proteins.

salad bowl with all the other ingredients and serve

salad into the serving bowl or dish and drizzle balsamic reduction on
top, and garnish with
extra basil.
Another added bonus of this recipe — the spiced baked salmon fillet works well served cold too, so you can always make an
extra portion to have the next day; pop it on

salad.
The soup is finished with homemade garlicky breadcrumbs and
topped with a light and creamy hemp swirl that can be blended with olive oil for a delicious
salad dressing if you have
extra.
With all the
extra toppings, restaurant
salads can easily add up to 700, 800, even 900 calories.
I reserve my pure
extra virgin olive oil for
topping things like this
salad, and use tallow, butter and lard to cook / fry with since they're more cost effective.
If you're eating this as a main course, shred white - meat chicken and place it on
top of the
salad for a little
extra staying power.
It's also great to make
extra and pull them off the skewers to
top a
salad the next day.
They also make a great
salad topping when you need a little
extra crunch!
Most restaurants have the ingredients listed in the menu, check the
