My primary source

years I've been looking at places I can put

One
of the most overlooked and underused resources a school has is it's car park — an asset which could be bringing in a significant amount
of extra income every
year if utilised properly.
And a 2015 Stanford University study cited by the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools showed that low -
income Black students in charter schools gain the equivalent

year compared with their Black counterparts in traditional district schools.

of your unsecured debt over the next five
years?
Of course, you need to factor in the
extra income tax you'll pay on the larger withdrawal, but if you have a modest
income from other sources and you don't try to unload too much in one
year, the 12 1/2 cents plus your marginal tax rate is likely to be significantly lower than the 50 % clawback.
Cutting expenses to 0.5 % a
year, however, would allow to maintain that same 80 % success rate while boosting your initial withdrawal to roughly 3.5 %, or $ 35,000, effectively generating an
