Four dogs were chained outside without adequate food, water, or shelter and approximately 18 were inside the house that had
extremely poor air quality due to high ammonia levels; the floor was plywood subflooring soaked with urine, causing dangerously high ammonia levels irritating to the eyes, nose, and throat.
