These books opened
my eyes about the cash flow habits of the classes, the stunningly simple «asset» and «liability» definitions, and what defines wealth (a very different concept than «rich»).
Not exact matches
I keep an
eye on
cash flows but don't yet have any rules
about them, although I do prefer to see free
cash at least covering the dividend most of the time.
However I am worried
about finding a property that will have positive
cash flow since northern Colorado's market seems a bit crazy (At least to my unexperienced
eyes).
