If
your eyes feel fatigued on a regular basis, you could wear a light pair of reading glasses (+1.00) or have «computer glasses» made up for you.

Prior to my diagnosis with Hashimoto's Disease, I had a 4 to 6 month history of overwhelming
fatigue, dry skin, puffiness around my
