You can easily make your own fleece
liners by purchasing some fleece
at your local
fabric store and cutting it into rectangles.
When this is the case, the
liners really don't do much of anything
at all except become another piece of
fabric that is inside the diaper and soaking wet.
I agree with the «most helpful critical review «er that if you can find a value fleece
at the
fabric store - like I did for $ 1.75 / yd., then you have control over the width / length and if you don't mind hemming / stitching the edges (really quite simple and worth the effort to make a custom
liner), then you can have an adundant supply of fleece
liners that cover the entire width and length of the cloth!
This seat
liner is not as good quality as the version I have from 2013; it is not as padded, it is shorter and it no longer has the
fabric at the top to slot over the seat.
If you are using a prefold or fitted, consider adding a lay - in
liner to the diaper before pinning on baby, and make sure that your covers fit properly and
fabric is not peeking out to wick onto baby's clothes, especially onto their belly
at night.
