On the backs of your chairs
did you use a staple gun for the front part, then just tack the back piece of
fabric with the
upholstery tacks?
Even better when you can get
upholstery fabrics for cheap and
do it yourself to the same effect!
I've also
done this with regular
upholstery fabric.
