early and continuous skin - to - skin contact with their infants, there may be delay in
initiation of feeding at the breast, the infants may have a disorganised or immature sucking pattern as a result of prematurity and the demands of
facilitating frequent feeding are more challenging (Bennington 2011; Cinar 2013).
