opening to this article was a bit tongue in cheek, but no one can deny that a long
session with the
facilitator only presenting information is not interesting for participants and inhibits retention.
For example, instead of saying great communicator, say facilitated five training
sessions on benefits
open enrollment procedures and received a 5 out of 5
facilitator rating on 100 + evaluations.
