Roy Keane was a spectacular
failure as a club manager, and so far Tony Adams hasn't been good either.

as a

Remember if you aren't at the head of the class when it comes to the development of young talent, which means eyes on the ground everywhere, a vast array of connections with soccer associations throughout Europe and beyond and a
manager willing to properly train and play said blue chippers, (like the 90s Arsenal or
clubs like the modern day Monaco and Dortmund) you need to spend to win... anything in between is highly problematic...
failure to make the necessary changes leaves you in the proverbial «no man's land» and that is currently where we reside... it's difficult to get out of this rut... just ask either of the Milan teams... next step after that is being known
as a «seller», which could be us already if and when Sanchez leaves... there are only two teams that have worn this moniker in recent times and had some decent success and that is Athletico Madrid and Dortmond, which only occurred when they both brought in new, charismatic leaders in Simmone & Klopp... the odds that Wenger could conjure up the magic to repeat the performances of a bygone era are incredibly low, so why prolong the agony... he's not willing to create the hierarchy necessary to go the youth route and he's unwilling to put his team's potential success ahead of his job security by laying it on the line with Moustache, so it's time to place all your chips in the middle or go gently into that good night
now to the topic: yeah i get what you mean a fan shouldnt think of the
club as a brand but if fans think about the
manager or player of a
club they should and have to consider them
as humans / workers of a brand just because we love the
club its not right to bash blame and insult them because of
failure, what we can do is demand change, expressing our disliking and / or criticising them constructively but insulting and offending them is a no - go.
Failure shouldn't necessarily be blamed on transfers. It's part of the reason but is not the only reasons.Other
clubs which can't even buy like Arsenal have won very good trophies.Even at those times we were in debt we had a good team capable of winning the EPL or winng some of the smaller trophies. But we just went on trophyless. Now we are almost debt free and we are promised glory but honestly we don't even have the hope of glory. The only thing that can save us is renewal of the mind of the
manager and board. That will bring a positive change. It's only insanity to keep doing the same thing and expect different results. We have a lot to prove out there to the world because the greatness of Arsenal has really gone down in the face of the world. They only see us
as a team with good football that's all.The world doubts us and we have a point to prove. The values of a
club is
as important
as winning trophies. If not Arsenal wouldn't have been this top
club that people talk about everyday were it fpr only values or trophies. They go hand in hand. However, to the world trophies are very important and that fact can not be hidden.
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our
manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on
club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good team can afford to have that many average players on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies...
as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his
failure has been directly related to the
failure of this
club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
Wenger is the most successful
manager in the league currently he may have taken long to achieve what he has achieved, but there is a reason why arsenal kept him
as manager for that long besides major
clubs in Europe wanted him.So all these stories that jokers circulates that Wenger is a specialist in
failure are scandalous, vexatious and frivolous hence should be treated with contempt worse that a spittle in a dump site
Newcastle

club improve their offer for Norwich winger Jacob Murphy,
as the Spaniard grows increasingly frustrated with Magpies managing director Lee Chanley's
failures to land his transfer targets,

Some Arsenal fans have not been happy with the
club for keeping Arsene Wenger
as our
manager for some time now and even though the pressure may have been taken off the Frenchman by the team ending the long trophy drought and then backing it up with back to back FA cup wins at Wembley, the
failure so far this season to take advantage of the struggles of the Premier League big boys has brought it all back with a bang.
Sorry neil,
as people pointed out no one will tolerate
failure for this long especially when u consider arsenal were a big
club even before Wenger.wenger achieved things, so
as a note of thanks fans gave him time.but that time got over some two years back and now he's jus like any other
manager....
All the right ingredients for success and I really hope Wenger can turn things around for the better because it would be an absolute shame that a
manager that has accomplished so much for this
club, might end up tarnishing his legacy and being remembered
as a «Specialist in
Failure» rather than «Le Prof» or «The Invincible One.»
It has come to our attention
as fans of arsenal football
club, that mr.arsene wenger is hurting and spoiling our
club.He believes that he will win the premier league which is in itself stupid and foolish cause he can't no matter what he tries. No wonder Jose mourinho called you a specialist in
failure cause you are too stubborn to accept assistance even when you are wrong and for that you will never achieve anything in your remaining time
as manager.
How this stale, unambitious
club has kept this now decade long
failure as our
manager is to me, a mystery and a scandal.
who doesn't want to b behind their team... every arsenal fan want team to win and b the mighty arsenal again but whn things are
as bad
as whn the owner says he is not here to win, the
club is sagnant in its approch for 12 years, the
manager blames the fans for his
failure and players pkay without the fighting spirit its very hard for fans to motivate themselves whn they know what is stored for them again the next season TIME FOR CHANGE!!
