The coconut oil and milk lends a very
faint coconut flavor that I'm not sure would be discernible had I not known the ingredients.
I'm guessing coconut oil would work and depending on the brand you buy, may add
a faint coconut flavor.
Not only was the texture PERFECT, the oatmeal - quinoa flake mixture had
this faint coconut flavor in the background, and with the super-duper injection of fiber, I was full straight through lunch.
