For a quick lunch hour bite, I am a fan of a Mediterranean chain that serves
falafel in a pita or salad — take your pick.
For an easy but wholesome serving suggestion I served
the falafel in a pita with a bag of prechopped broccoli slaw and diced bread and butter pickles.
