This is one of my favorite
Fall living rooms, everything about it is pretty, and the copper
colors are gorgeous!
And the
living room got a small dose of
fall colors — orange, navy and brown.
You can do this too by choosing a jewel tone or warmer
color that you may already be using in your home as the base for your
fall color palette, like I did here in my
living room by pulling the plum
color from my floral pillows to use around the
room.
I use them in the
fall to add a little more
color to my
living room.
And one last
fall note: I'm considering printing one of the pictures I've taken on a large canvas and using it when I redo my
living room in the
colors of the season later this month.
Other than the
fall colors in my
living room, I don't have much in the way of
fall decorations.
Orange and navy is a perfect
fall color scheme and it's a natural addition to my already navy and gray
living room!
I am with you I love the traditional
Fall colors but the neutrals have really grown on me too, so I use traditional in most of the
rooms, and I do my
living room in neutrals so I get the best of both worlds.
I have been the same way about using «orange» I just remodeled my
living room and it's mint, cream and pink so bringing in orange and true
fall colors will make the whole
room clash.

Well - I guess I am just not going to be in the trend as I just completely repainted the whole house (
living areas of kitchen with eat in area, DR, hallways, FR and Media
room) in the most wonderful and happy yet quite classic looking
colors of
Falling Star and Persian Melon (read warm, muted yellows) and have just sent the humpback couch out to redone in deep warm eggplant (aubergine).
