My husband loves
soup year round too; me, not so much, but this sounds
like the perfect
fall comfort food.
I am already planning all the festive
fall things I would
like to make — apple butter, pumpkin butter, pumpkin ice cream, pumpkin vegetable lasagna, pumpkin granola, apple cider martinis / sangria, pumpkin gnocchi or ravioli or pumpkin mac and cheese, stew,
soup + grilled cheese, on and on and on.
Something about
fall always makes me turn to comfort foods
