false contractions that are your body's way of preparing itself for delivery, and they are usually painless.
Not to worry, though,
false contractions are very normal.
Some are
false contractions, known as Braxton Hicks, while others are the real deal.
Lie down for sometime if you get contractions because if they are
false contractions they will disappear by lying down.
