Because I was not a big

Aside from the obvious problem
of defining what our ancestors evolved to
eat in light
of the diversity
of their diets, most paleo - diet
fans miss the obvious fact that humans definitely did not evolve to
eat the
meats of today (even if grass - fed and free - range, although that IS healthier than factory - farmed) or the fish swimming in our polluted seas.
You know, that's why I'm a
fan of things like using organ
meats like liver, or using like a cod liver oil supplement, that's why I'm a
fan of eating eggs with the yoke but it was really interesting study and I think it just highlights that any high intake
of any specific vitamin unopposed might be playing with fire.
My husband well he likes his
meat and isn't a
fan of the Chicken Free Chicken but will
eat the beef crumbles.
You'll

of dirty water, and the overall difficulty in the beginning could definitely turn potential
