I have been
a fan of the Wipeout games since the very first one on the original PlayStation, so when we recently picked up a PSVita in Tokyo's Akihabara area, I made sure that we pre-ordered this game from our local game store the second we got back.
I'm not a big
fan of the Wipeout games, but some people are diehard fanatics.

In spite
of its many faults,
Wipeout 3 succeeds in something many licensed games fail spectacularly at: being a decent game that
fans of the series will enjoy.
I must say that I am not the biggest racing
fan out there, but if there is one subgenre
of racing I do enjoy it is the fast paced futuristic action - packed racing found in games like
Wipeout and F - Zero.
If you're a
fan of the fast paced racing then
WipEout Pulse is a must have for your PSP.
On hearing this would be a remaster, a lot
of Wipeout fans were looking forward to seeing updated versions
of the PS1 originals, why do you think these were overlooked in this version?
Annual licensed games such as MXGP 3, MotoGP 17, WRC 7, and F1 2017 also all saw significant improvements that elevated them above typical incremental updates, while futuristic racing
fans were treated to the long - awaited comeback
of the
WipEout series with the release
of WipEout: Omega Collection.

Wipeout fans might be livid at what I have just said but there's a gameplay element included here that makes Burnout 2 a cut above the rest in the racing genre (as a whole,
Wipeout is still the king
of futuristic racers, so please don't kill me) and that is the crashes.
If you're a
fan of fast - pace racing titles such as F - Zero and
WipeOut then you'll want to check out Redout.
