the fans over some of other players (Wilshere, Szczesny etc).

The
fans have been divided
over the protests, and there were even crowds
of supporters fighting with each
other after the draw with Manchester City last weekend, which is believed to have been in order to disrupt Arsenal
Fan TV's attempt to interview people for their YouTube channel, whilst three people were also filmed fighting inside the stadium during half - time, whilst we were trailing 2 - 1 to Man City before coming back to draw the match.
I am pissed - off that
other teams even clubs like Spurs see the players that they want and immediately pounce on them like a tramp on chips, but when it comes to Arsenal we make appointments weeks and months into the future... I ask myself, what can I do as a
fan of my beloved Arsenal, and what can we (Arsenal
fans all
over the world) do as supporters to show our outrage and indignation
of the status - quo at Arsenal when it comes to transfers.
During the Greg Schiano debacle, which (among many
other things) involved trotting out a former head coach

fans had been pining
over for a decade:

other clubs around Europe securing the transfer
of players, such as Mats Hummels to Bayern Munich, so even though the Premier League season is not properly
over until after Manchester United play Bournemouth tonight and then Louis van Gaal takes his troubled team to Wembley in the FA cup, Arsenal
fans are already eager for news
of a signing.
his time at the club is
over we know it
other fans know it the whole footballing world plus the man and the dog know it everyone except him and that pathetic joke
of a boardroom and clown
of an owner!
wenger is a legend in his own mind so
other peoples opinions...
fans, ex players, journalists, etc... have no bearing on his greatness or the righteousness
of his own decisions... from end
of last season it was clear we needed two quality attacking options to put up a serious challenge (getting rid
of walcott and campbell or ox and bringing in a serious upgrade
over giroud) instead he brought in another midfield option (having done the same in the winter window) which only makes sense in his own delusional world rather than the reality
of facing up to serious and strengthening competitors and which defines the job at hand....
we have at most 4 real quality outfielders i.e. players that
other top european teams would take... ozil sanchez santi and kos... in my books you need 6... we are two short but worse the quality
of others is lower than needed... only bellerin coq and wilshere have that potential... and there are problems with each still... we should have put in bids in june for griezman kondogbia and the Burussia striker as all could have been prized away with right bid plus players thrown in IMO... now its too late and wenger is in some weird gallic world
of existential hope and denial and
fans are just praying we do nt lose opening 2 matches for first time in
over two decades... but no one is really confident against a team which is sure to finish around mid table...
Of course we would play CL without his diva non sense last year... Should have wait season to be
over before to ask to go, no respect for
fans, team, meaning football in general; that's why he is not on list, no
other reasons..

In
other news, our team seems to be rounding nicely into form, with a productive off - season and several new additions already settling in, there seems to be a renewed sense
of confidence in the air... our well - oiled machine has conducted business again early this year, so we can just sit back, kick our feet up and watch all those
other suckers scramble to make panic moves in the 11th hour...
of course, we need to tie up a few loose ends but our team
of savvy negotiators, under the tutelage
of our faithful leader, will perform their usual magic with ample time to spare... I have to laugh when I look around the soccer world and see all those teams look upon us with envy and scorn as they struggle to mimic our seemingly infallible business model... thank goodness the powers that be had the foresight and fortitude to resist the temptations
of the modern football era... instead
of listening to all the experts and simply taking the easy way out by making the necessary improvements on the field and in the front office, we chose the path never traveled... we are truly pioneers in our field... sometimes you just have to have faith in the people that have always conducted themselves in a respectful and honest fashion... most
fans aren't so fortunate, they will never know what it's like to follow a team that treats everyone in and around the club as if they were an extended member
of the family... all for one I say... so when you wake up this morning, please try not to gloat when you see rival
fans pacing back and forth waiting for their respective teams to pull the usual panic buys, just say nothing and be thankful that it isn't you... like I've always said, this is why you stay the course... this is when the real benefits
of having someone in charge for
over 2 decades really pays off... have a great day fellow Gunners
There are many
other examples
of the clubs lack
of ambition and ineptitude
over the last ten years and I don't have either the patience or the time to go through the whole catalogue, its clear to anyone who is clear headed and able to for a reasonably intelligent opinion that our beloved club is being run by a bunch
of silver spooned business men who car nothing for the clubs status within the areana that it operates only for the share prices and profit and loss margins and they are aided by a stubborn and deluded manager who has failed to deliver the EPL to his clubs
fans for
over ten years and who has failed to move with the times simply because he can retain his role in the club and deliver the minimum
of results but maximum profit to the shareholders and board.
As usual at this time

fans.
I know that there are Arsenal
fans all
over the world and those from countries

Sorry neil, as people pointed out no one will tolerate failure for this long especially when u consider arsenal were a big club even before Wenger.wenger achieved things, so as a note
of thanks
fans gave him time.but that time got
over some two years back and now he's jus like any
other manager....
I'm ashamed that
fans of other teams can come
over here and see the drivel that some moronic
fans spew about our all - time greatest and most valuable player.
the obvious fact is that the club began to stagnate in football terms a decade ago after the CL semi against man utd and has been in outright retreat
over the last 3 years... some
fans were calling for wenger to leave in 2011 - 12 as it was clear he could not cope with a more competitive environment
others have been more tolerant, hanging on to fa cup glory and hoping that he would somehow self correct his weak and erratic management style but most now realise that is not possible and that the club will deteriorate further under his management so also want him gone, that has left a hard core
of wenger loyalists who are either fixated with the past (selecting episodic good and bad times to justify wengers decade long failure) or too frightened
of the future to contemplate a change (with selective reference to failed managerial changes by way
of justification) or both, to conclude, through a mixture
of panglossian fatalism and corporate philosophising, how lucky we are to have such an honourable and educated man in charge... along with their confused references to club loyalty and addiction to computer games these are troubled souls who need our sympathy and concerned medical advice... SO JUST F OFF STOCK UP ON CANNED SOUP AND GO SUPPORT ASTON VILLA ON FIFA!
I'm glad wenger doesn't listen to the
fans when it comes to signings, we'd have the likes
of balotelli, Benteke, Diame, Ba, Holtby, Vlarr, Lovren, fellaini and many
others going by the
fan signings on here
over the years.
I will simply say, on behalf
of many
other Arsenal
fans, that it is STILL madness to keep doing the same thing
over and
over again, and expect different results.
I would rather
over pay for a player and have him than have players like, Sonogo, welbeck, Arteta, flamini, Diaby and
others who will never see a full prem game, these players are getting a lot
of money each week and are no use to arsenal, it's because
of some aresenal
fans Willet up with challenging for 4 th that wenger is allowed to mess up so much
If Arsenal
fans were hoping for a slip up or two
over the christmas period from any
of the
other clubs in with a chance
of challenging for the Premier League title, then we were left with just one hope and that was soon snuffed out last night as our north London rivals Tottenham ran out 4 - 1 winners
over Southampton.

fans out there that continue supporting this joke
of a Manager that brought ARSENAL to be the laughingstock
of football...... wake me up when this nightmare is
over hope by then WENGER will be a thing
of the past and hope to see Simeone fixing the mess he is leaving behind.
Many
fans will be disappointed with certain snubs as
others did impress
over the weekend, but ultimately, perhaps this is one
of the weeks where the BBC Sport pundit has got it relatively spot on.
The bunch have all become a cult they do not want a new face to take

I was going to write about the how the
fans of other teams ought to get
over hating Chelsea, but now that song has entered my head, have decided what better, to write about than an iconic 1970's football song.
I am not a wenger
fan for
over 4 years, but i do not believe the problems we are facing now is his doing, it's the board and kroenke, until we force this man out (kroenke) arsenal will never be a great team, is there anybody out there that can research the numerous
other company's that arsenal have and where all the profits and loses are, kroenke has made it perfectly clear it's a business first and foremost, he has made a huge amount
of money from arsenal but he does not want to sell his shares, its only the arsenal fans that can force him nobody else can, so pls stop blaming wenger and get to the root of the problem, KROENKE GET OUT OF OUR CLU

If after all this you still believe that the
fan has no functionally imperative role in the running
of a professional team, minus blindly clapping and handing
over your hard - earned cash, you're likely someone who knows no
other Arsenal than Wenger's Arsenal.
No wonders you keep trying to force instances
of your age and term
of followership
over the opinions
of other fans who oppose your views.
On a tangent Jon my son (he's 4) asked me why he should support Arsenal, I said «well because I do, you're granddad does and your great granddad did» I was going to say its because
of the values and principles that our club has but then I stopped myself because I have no idea what they are anymore
other than paying a has been manager and
over hyped players a fortune for non achievement while being owned by a majority shareholder that has no interest in the club
other than as a business and having a board that view the
fans as the gift that keeps on giving.
It hurts to see such a legend (YES he is) that gave so much to the game be battered
over social media by
fans, pundits, ex players
of Arsenal and
others.

I don't believe thst any

Yes i agree with you completely my brother i believe Benzema deal is just a matter
of time he» ll be @ the Emirates very soon than you expect I have a friend
of my that lives in Spain capital his a Real Madrid
fans also he called & told me that Real Madrid making reluctance
over Benzema deal in
other for Arsenal to pay huge amount
of money as they were that Arsenal needs him so much but he said to me that the Benzema deal will soon
over.
Although it will be incredibly difficult to ever match his contributions on the pitch, it's vitally important for a former club legend, like Henry, to publicly address his concerns regarding the direction
of this club... regardless
of those who still feel that Henry has some sort
of agenda due to the backlash he received following earlier comments he made on air regarding Arsenal, he has an intimate understanding
of the game, he knows the
fans are being hosed and he feels some sense
of obligation, both professionally and personally, to tell it like he sees it... much like I've continually expressed
over the last couple months, this team isn't evolving under this current ownership / management team... instead we are currently experiencing a «stagnant» phase in our club's storied history... a fact that can't be hidden by simply changing the formation or bringing in one or two individuals... this team needs fundamental change in the way it conducts business both on and off the pitch or it will continue to slowly devolve into a second tier club... regardless
of the euphoria surrounding our escape act on Friday evening, as it stands, this club is more likely to be fighting for a Europa League spot for the foreseeable future than a top 4 finish... we can't hope for the failures
of others to secure our place in the top 4, we need to be the manufacturers
of our own success by doing whatever is necessary to evolve as an organization... if Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke can't take the necessary steps following the debacle they manufactured last season, their removal is imperative for our future success... unfortunately, I strongly believe that either they don't know how to proceed in the present economic climate or they are unwilling to do whatever it takes to turn this ship around... just look at the current state
of our squad, none
of our world class players are under contract beyond this season, we have a ridiculous wage bill considering the results, we can't sell our deadwood because we've mismanaged our personnel decisions and contractual obligations, we haven't properly cultivated our younger talent and we might have become one
of the worst clubs ever when it comes to way we handle our transfer business, which under Dein was one
of our greatest assets... it's time to get things right!!!
I have been a football
fan for
over 47 years and we all know we speak to each
other, believe me, we are not the envy
of the football world.
