eating to many unhealthy
fast foods and sugar filled rubbish because nobody likes to feel guilty and putting in your exercise journal that today you

So often people state that diabetes can be controlled
by lchf or
by fasting but never cured — if you
eat high carb
foods or don't
fast, the blood sugars race back up.
I have friends that love to juice, friends who do the master cleanse, friends who
eat only asparagus and hummus and drink lemon water for days, friends who swear
by a pill and no
food, and some who only
fast.

Too often we
eat too
fast, on the run, distracted
by other things, and don't allow our body's to digest, absorb and assimilate nutrients in our
food.
Today, however, Julie is enjoying getting stronger and leaner
by lifting weights, practicing intermittent
fasting daily with an 8 - 10 hour
eating window, and
eating more
food than ever before.
Also, when using things that kill microbes and can get inside of cancer cells
