Walking is really the best exercise to slim down your legs but should be on a flat surface (any hills will make them bulkier) and at a medium
fast pace (not super
fast).
When
walking, I let my body choose the
pace and that means turtle slow some days and
fast (for me) other days.
Activities like rigorous 3o minute sustained hikes, mountain biking,
fast paced sustained
walking, etc..
Walking even at a
fast pace wouldn't normally do that.
When you're jumping at a

Walk
Every few minutes increase your speed to a sprint, followed by a slow jog or
