fasting and therefore,
other than touching on the ketogenic
diet which plays a role with
fasting, I will not have time to go into these
other strategies.
Although there are several benefits to regular
fasting, it is not something I recommend as a long term
diet strategy for anyone
other than men who are trying to lean out (I will explain why that's so specific shortly).
