And in a nice touch, the wedge representing
fats and sugars calls to mind, appropriately, a
slice of
cake.
Take a look at the graph below, interesting to see that
cakes, cookies, pies and probably that
slice of bread you have in the morning with breakfast may well contain a hydrogenated
fat, but wait folks, there's more — margarine, 17 % of the shocking
fats.
If you say a
slice of
cake is 100 calories when the icing alone is probably 200 that doesn't mean there is something medically wrong with you or that you're just
fat.
So basically you're getting two baked goods in one with this low -
fat cake, which has over 10 grams of protein per
slice.
